May the Studying Commence

It only took about a year of procrastinating, but my IIBA CBAP application is officially submitted and awaiting review. I guess it is time to seriously start studying. Posts will certainly be forthcoming.  I indicated I wished to take my exam sometime in the next three months, so assuming that the application review goes well and I am cleared to take the examination I guess I best become a book worm.

My challenge in studying so far… lots of it seems like common sense. That should be a good thing though. Wish me luck!

    It sounds great!
I want to get this qualification, But I don’t have time to meet requirement.
I wish you luck! And I will do my best too.

Leslie, I wish you perseverance in reading “stuff you already know” and the stuff that may seem new, or worded a little differently. Also, I really hope they approve your documented work (was that the most difficult part of the appl?)…or was that already confirmed. As they say, the application can be harder than the exam. Let’s hope so!

Due to some QA work earlier in the 2000′s (limiting me to <7500 hrs), I am targeting the CCBA cert, with the CBAP to follow.

    Best of luck!

Oh yes, and it was great to see you again at the IIBA “get together” last night.
